Our senior project managers average 34 years experience in the construction business, 18 years experience as a project manager and 18 years with Kencon Constructors/Construction Managers, Ltd. We challenge you to find that type of commitment and tenure anywhere else. They are responsible for estimating, scheduling, budgeting and contract management.
Kencon’s senior project managers’ duties include:
Attending weekly/monthly meetings with project team to insure project progress and satisfaction from customer
Reviewing shop drawings for contract compliance
Producing & updating construction schedules
Pricing contract adjustments
Another valuable asset to Kencon’s team are our superintendents. Our superintendents average 31 years experience in the construction business, 19 years experience as a superintendent and 12 years with Kencon Constructors/Construction Managers, Ltd. They are responsible for supervising, coordinating and managing all field activities on a project.
Kencon’s superintendents’ duties include:
Overseeing safety & quality of the project
Continuously inspect the progress of the project.
Adhere to the contracted documents
